Changing the screen size makes the view unresponsive

On iPad Air 2 when the alert view is shown if you change the screen size by opening other apps in multitasking the alert view becomes non-responsive to touch. If you later return the size of the screen to the previous size with which the alert view was opened, it returns to being touch responsive.
