Fetching conference records doesn't work if conference name is very general

We fetch 1000 records, and if the conference name is general, un-related papers take up space in the 1000 records.

Can reproduce by trying to analyze MICRO conference.

Possible fix: fetch records in a loop, not just the first 1000.
