What does this mean? Is it because the file is read-only (I already removed the read-only setting)?

Strange. The issue is that its expecting a pair of complete paths, but it looks like that is a pair of complete paths. My next guess is that its confused because one is a windows path while the other is a unix one. I'll have to set up a windows box to test if that's the case.
