Hey @iiscleap, sure I'll try. It's probably going to be challenging given the very large diversity of venues (journals, conferences etc.) IEEE covers and therefore the potential numerous parsing strategies I'll have to employ. But we'll see.
Can you share 2-3 example papers you'd like to add to your memory so I can test the parsing procedure? Ideally from different venues.
