Snoozed alarms don't always go off at the right time.

Describe the bug

Often after snoozing an alarm, it will not wait the correct amount of time before going off again. For instance, I have the snooze delay set to 10 minutes. But often the alarm will go off 9-13 minutes later.

Expected behavior If the snooze delay is set to 10 minutes, the alarm should go off 10 minutes later.

Similar problem here, the alarms don't go off at all after snoozing them.

Device: Pixel 8 Pro OS: Android 16 GrapheneOS App Version: 0.6.0
