Support Direct Boot (alarm when still locked)

The clock does not work when the device was rebooted and not yet unlocked.

More info on direct boot here

GrapheneOS for example has a feature for auto-reboot, which clears encryption keys from memory and is a security measurement.

Some clock apps, for example the AOSP clock or new clock support direct boot.
