Add contig names when possible to ALT alleles in vg deconstruct

This would be a field like AT but containing the "stable coordinate" version, ie its range in the original input contig sequence.

Thanks, that does seem related. But I was thinking of a single value, ex: "JAGYVH010000062.1:50-1000002", rather than something for each step.
