Failed to display the alt path in sequenceTubeMap server

Hi,

I have tested my sequenceTubeMap server with the build in test data xy-test, and everything works fine.

However, when come up with my own data, the server failed to load the alt path infomation, only one liner sequence was displayed. My own data works fine when using the vg to display the alt path.

Please find below the test files of my own data.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
