feat: add more lowercase words to title casing rules

Closes : #92

This PR adds commonly used lowercase words such as vs, aka, etc, i.e., e.g., lest, and notwithstanding to the existing titlecasing rules in lowerCase.

These are often not capitalized in professional and academic titles and improve accuracy.
