Feature: provide link protection like Visual Studio Code

I clicked unwanted and maybe-harmful links after processing its URLs by sed and grep. VSCode, the most famous text editor developed by Microsoft, prevents opening untrusted URLs without asking. This feature prevents us from opening harmful websites by clicking strings representing URLs and domains while and after handling data containing them.

+1 for this. Would love a configuration option to either disable linking altogether or require a prefix/leader key in order to open them.
