No tax configuration for tickets
Describe the bug
It looks like there were previously some configuration options around taxability of tickets, but they were removed in this commit: https://github.com/verbb/events/commit/f1f8b7438fb7da7eb6e1ed34aa33502c88876f77#diff-b72a9755eda31c3a8d76ce978582a988f439613fe82e87802e574508b0b6b50f
Our store has a "General" tax category that is the default for all our physical products, but should not be applied to digital products like tickets.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a default tax category & rate
- That tax is applied to all tickets without an option to not apply it

Additional context
Craft Commerce is at version 5.3.5
These have been added back for the next release, although they are now managed on the Event Type, rather than the Ticket Type.
To get this early, run composer require verbb/events:"dev-craft-5 as 3.0.6".
I tried this out but was not able to get it to work. I set the tax category for the event type to a "Digital" tax category that has a 0% tax rate. However, when adding a ticket for an event of that event type, it still uses the "General" tax category. You can see an example cart here that has a ticket and a different digital product in it.
Any ideas if I'm missing something?
Can you let me know what your Tax Rates and Tax Categories are? Just testing standard tax handling (no Events in the equation) and tax doesn't seem to be applying for me on regular products, which seems odd. There might be something else going on my end.
Ah, actually that's my bad on that one. Fixed for the next release. To get this early, run composer require verbb/events:"dev-craft-5 as 3.0.6".
Updated in 3.0.7.
