Feature request: custom statuses

Hiya, thanks for this plugin.

Just a little feature request: my client requires custom statuses for comments as they are managed via a complicated in-house workflow.

I could use something similar. When we ban commenters they often want to know which comment got them banned so some way to assign a status would work.
