FEATURE CHANGE: Hidden Volumes' Device ID

Hiya. I've recently noticed that the device ID of the hidden volume and it's outer shell are not the same. I'm proposing either changing this behavior, or atleast adding a toggle for the user to do so.

Current behavior

Device ID is different (I checked this by using WinPrefetchView, and opening 2 files. They had different device ID's in the prefetch)

Desired behavior

Same device ID as outer shell
