What happened?

我用14版本 可以新增模型，但是用了15版本（最新版本）就不行，可以在资源管理理看到新增的模型，但是在模型配置里看不到。删除了之后再新增确还会提示已经存在。

没有打开celery worker或者celery worker出现了异常，确保celery worker(CMDB和ACL)的都打开 @moyuwang110

@Selina316 使用2.5.1还存在这个问题，在cmdb-api中确认是有celery work相关进程的，如何排查
