1983 State Plane projections in d3.geo format. These don't incorporate scale/translate, so you probably want to autoscale your projection using .fitExtent() or .fitSize() (https://github.com/d3/d3-geo#projection_fitExtent). The list is also missing Alaska Zone 1's Oblique Mercator projection.
