Describe the bug Reported issue that the >cat command is not operating as it should

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Type >cat
  2. See error

Expected behavior A Image of a cat is pulled and sent in response to the command.

Additional context Has been reported to be inconsistent and work in some servers but not in others.
