Issue with lenght of device name

Hi guys, is there a way to fix the problem related to the length of the dv name? For example: The name of my Air conditioner is 12 characters.... and the list of the sensors does not appear... I tried to change the name with another (8 chars is the maximum) and the list of the sensors appear.....

here another problem found: I have a single motor with three Splits and no single splits are not seen by HA (the entities do not appear in the list to configure the card). And then the sensor.XXXX_energy is always the same for all three splits. can you differentiate them? and solve the problem in order to start stop choose the function of each split? Another thing I noticed is that in the firmware version of the trial it is written: Firmware: 0.1.0 while on single splits with only one engine outside the following is written: Firmware: ARTIK051_PRAC_20K_11200914 and the latter works regularly on HA.

Is there a way to use friendly_name for the additional entities? ( i.e. audio volume, auto clean, filter, Firmware, light)
