AWS Timestream sink support?

Usecase - forward all metrics to AWS Timestream as a long-term storage. https://aws.amazon.com/timestream/

I'm thinking on using Vector as a proxy between Prometheus (Remote write) and AWS Timestream (long-term storage) as currently there is no direct prometheus remote write support.
