Request - baseplates with half-pitch lid.

Currently, baseplates are only available in standard pitch. This also applies when "lid" option is checked. When bins are set half-pitch, stacking a larger lid to cover adjacent standard-pitch bins causes interference issues.

enabling the half-pitch option to the underside of the lid would be able to solve half-pitch placed bin interference and allow stackable baseplates
