iTime, iTimeArray - does not take the last day of quotes

            var itimeshift = apiClient.iTime(symbol, ChartPeriod.PERIOD_M1,0);

 var iTimeArray = apiClient.iTimeArray(symbol, ChartPeriod.PERIOD_M1);

Metatrader 4. I try get history of data, but both functions does not take the last day of quotes. Today is 19.02.2023 (Sunday). Last day of data 17.02.2023 (friday), but both functions finish update of quotes on 16.02.2023. And also a note. I purposely do not open the quotation chart and I don't restart of Metatrader, because these actions update the missing day.
