Improve the usability of CodingTracker

  • The "Custom" button asks the user to enter some delay, but, it doesn't mention the unit (ms, s).
  • The "Load" button shows an open file dialog that is set to the desktop by default. It would be nice if the "Load" button remembers the location of the last opened file.
