As I figured the problem and solved it, this time I've reached till view cast and start casting the agent : It displays the agent name on the screen but I am now stuck on the view cast as there is no response. My system has been a bit slow after I started using visual studio to run the app but it seems there's something I've been missing related to the view cast. Is there any particularity that needs to be considered here??
