Is it possible to replace the GUI version to a worker service which will always cast its screen and when ever needed we can view it? Just my thought not sure the feasibility, I am checking on the same with no success as of now. let me know your thoughts.

Electron uses renderer object which is browser based. We can try using hidden renderer approach like the below article. (2nd approach)
