[Feature request] Default profile

After successful testing, we're integrating vATIS in our subdivision. For context, we use our own software called EuroScope for VACC-CZ that wraps all the software for ATCs, allowing us to keep everything up to date by shipping updates before every session. There are requests by other divisions to provide them our solution.

What would by nice is to allow vATIS to be launched with some argument selecting profile, so we can automatically launch it without need to select profile, e.g. vATIS.exe <profile_name> or vATIS.exe <profile_id>.
