Virtual desktop grid animation becomes very sluggish

After applying any of the rounded version as Plasma style the desktop grid animation that I use to swith from one virtual desktop to another.

Ubuntu 24.04 LTS + KDE 24.11 , the laptop is powerful: i9 CPU + discrete nvidia GPU
