Scrolling and selection is slow for file with long lines after 23.06.0.1405

There seems to be a performance regression in drawing and text selection code after implementing text wrap feature. Most likely related to rendering whole lines now.

23.06.0.1407 Qt5 x64 Windows - confirmed. Long hanging is happen if such line is on the view and doesn't depend on word wrap state.

Although don't know how such lines were processed in 22.06, will do a test
