No power options anymore

Hi,

I ran this on a lenovo Slim 7, and it worked perfectly, but then I noticed my taskbar battery icon was wonky, showing as charged, when it wasn't plugged in. I restarted my computer and then the battery icon was gone, and all my battery information from the settings app as well.

I closed the app, stopped it from starting up again, and restarted a couple times, but the battery isn't coming back. Any ideas?

The issue persists across multiple users, safe mode, sfc and dism scans!
