Fix Windows 10 Wifi/Internet Flyout and old system notifications and action center in Windows 11 23H2 (22631)

After the recent update of explorer patcher and restoration of the regedit entry "Start_ShowClassicMode", the registry that activates the old Windows 10 notification and action center works again whose path is the following: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Control Center", whose dword is: "UseLiteLayout", but what is the detail, the Windows 10 Wifi/Internet flyout is broken, it would be good if it could be solved, since another registry works again, restoring a functionality of Windows 10 to Windows 11.

This is in my priority list right now, resurrecting the old action center with proper behavior. The old action center lags for 2-3 seconds when it's dismissed, and we have to find a fix for that.

Nevermind. Saw that the taskbar in 25951 (Canary) is in a sad state. I'll be doing that when I've finished reimplementing the parts they nuked (and if the old Action Center is still available in that Canary build).
