No right click menu in Win10x64 22H2 19045.2846

It use to be everything ok till I installed latest update. Tried to uninstall and run new install but it seems no work. I cannot see right click taskbar menu anymore, furthermore task options are unnaccessible. exp

Everytime since recent windows update, right click on taskbar crashes and restarts explorer.
