Help for the F1 key is not displayed.
Hello. I have previously found a statement in the source code that help is displayed by pressing the F1 key. However, when I actually press the F1 key, nothing happens. I thought about fixing it myself, but could not find what is causing it. Please help me fix it. Thanks for your great software!

This is a feature for users who use a narrator (screen reader, one way to enable/disable is by pressing Ctrl+Win+Enter). When one presses the F1 or H key in the EP properties window, the narrator will read the navigation instructions out loud. This isn't a text that is displayed onscreen.
However, I've found a bug. Which is, when Windows Spotlight is not set as the desktop background, the name of the invisible "Spotlight" tab is read out loud when it shouldn't.
I don't know if I can fix this bug, so I'll keep this issue open until it's fixed.
