[FEATURE REQUEST] Toggle first person with mouse wheel

I switch between third and first person modes frequently and using a hotkey is much slower than the usual MMORPG/Skyrim mouse wheel into first person mechanic.

I'd like to be able to switch into first person mode by zooming in all the way with the mouse wheel and switch back into third by zooming out.
