On customer panel: cookie policy option is not showing website link in ar, de and zh language

How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to the customer panel and locale is ar language choose:

https://uvdesktest.webkul.com/uvdesk-dev/public/ar/

Step 2: Now click on the cookie policy option:

After clicking on the cookie policy link here does not show the website link:

Possible Solution
If we click on the cookie policy link in ar language should be shown a website link in ar language:
