If we are using content images on ticket creation and reply option should be shown the same message to the customer email with images
How to reproduce
Issue 1: Ticket creates from the Email and dashboard (customer and admin) side:
Step 1: Ticket creates from email or dashboard side with content (copy-paste image):


Step 2: Now check the customer email here not showing content images with the content message but showing in att.:

Step 3: Now the same ticket assign to any agent, so here also not showing content images:
Step 4: Added a collaborator here also not showing the content image to receive a mail to collaborator:

Step 5: If used workflow for mail to group and mail to the team, so here also not showing content images
Note Checked these going to mail: Mail to customer Mail to agent Mail to collaborator Mail to group Mail to team Mail to CC, BCC Mail to Forward
Issue 2: Ticket creates from the Dashboard side:
Note: Images coy from online and our system location
- If we are using copy-paste from any website so nothing problem
- If we are using copy-paste from the system so in email notifications showing Base-64 Code

Possible Solution
- If we are using the content image in ticket reply or ticket creation from email, the dashboard side should be shown same message with content images in email notifications:

- If we are using copy-paste from the system so in email notifications should not be shown Base-64 Code
