I could not access uupdump.net in our Country

I try to access uupdump.net, I get issue:

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Browser: Microsoft Edge 101.0.1210.32

upd 5/15/2022: I can access uupdump.net again now.

download uup was fixed via replace aria2 to 64-bit version.
