dnf copr enable tigro/python-validity don't work on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 (RHEL 9)

When I run on RHEL 9 (Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9): dnf copr enable tigro/python-validity then I get the following error: Error: This repository does not have any builds yet so you cannot enable it now.

When I run LSUSB then I get the following line: Bus 001 Device 005: ID 06cb:009a Synaptics, Inc. Metallica MIS Touch Fingerprint Reader

I hope you can fix this.
