Contribution: drop-in utterances include for Jekyll/GitHub Pages

I made a simple gist that can add utterances to any Jekyll blog (including GitHub Pages) with zero config. You just add the file and reference it on the page. Without configuration, it uses the same defaults on utteranc.es.

It allows both global and local (per instance) configuration. I made this for my blog and thought it might be useful to others.

Let me know if you think there's some place where this could be useful to include. Perhaps you would like to, at some point, make a repo of implementation examples for various static site generators.
