[FEATURE] UTMStack compliance reports not intuitive

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When a compliance report is clicked, it opens the visualizations but the description of the report and control mapping documentation only appears in the PDF if the user clicks "export to pdf"

. This is not intuitive and most users do not even realize there is more information they can obtain by clicking export.

Describe the solution you'd like

The behavior of exporting the report to PDF should trigger automatically when the user opens a compliance report.
