Have an internal VLAN option without a DHCP server

VirtualBox has a feature called internal networks, which lets me have an network between without a DHCP server inside a named network. I can also have multiple named networks to isolate networks. I want this feature on UTM.

On Linux and FreeBSD x86_64, I had used this feature extensively to virtualize networks. However, VirtualBox's tech preview for Apple Silicon is much slower than UTM which makes it impractical to use VirtualBox on M1.

I'm using a 24GB M2 MacBook Air 13" on macOS Sonoma 14.4.1.

One option for UTM is an option to disable the DHCP server on a VLAN so a MikroTik CHR VM can do DHCP instead.
