Project has a new home!

In line with my strategy to revive useful python projects that the 1-man previous developer no longer maintains, I have created a repo for this project here:

The code is hosted as an organization, which means it will now be maintained by people in the PyBank organization and will not be restricted to any single maintainer.

Feel free to join PyBank and suggest other repos that could be maintained there as well.
