project status?

what is the status of this project? I am trying to get MachUp_Py running, but get many an error. As I am unsure of howmuch of the original MachUp functionality is already ported over to python, I dont know if I should put the effort in to get MachUp_Py working or should I stick to MachUpPro fortran version?
