Include Topic metadata in granule summaries

Hi Team,

On Federal Register website we can view notifications categorized under various topics ( link : https://www.federalregister.gov/topics ). Could you please tell us if topic related information can be viewed through API as well ?

Team I have found topics in corresponding JSON of FR Notification (e.g: https://www.federalregister.gov/api/v1/documents/2019-14038.json ). Since topics here are on notification level, can we have topics at section level in notification.

That being said, topic information is available in mods.

https://api.govinfo.gov/packages/FR-2019-07-05/granules/2019-14038/mods?api_key=DEMO_KEY

We can look at adding topic information to the json summaries.
