Fix typo README.md

Fixed simple typo:

repoart -> report

It's saying there was a change in the license at the bottom but I don't see a difference between them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Any ideas why it's saying there is a change at the bottom of readme? I'm pretty new to github/git and I'm just curious about that.
