Describe the solution you'd like

Say if I have a lot of tags, ~100, it will be pretty hard to find one. A search input will be useful.

Detail:

  • add a search button next to ALL TAG
  • show a search input after click the search button
  • list search result below, like tag list

Should we call this feature search tag or filter tag?
