The readme sates:

"usb4java already includes prebuilt libraries for the following platforms: .. darwin-arm-64"

And yet if we pay a visit to the Maven Repo for libusb4java:

https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/usb4java/libusb4java/1.3.0/

we don't see darwin-arm-64 listed.
