  • Upgrade Linux Debian docker image to bullseye
  • Use OpenJDK 11 JNI
  • Added option to build armel arch
  • Set CMake minimum version to 3.14
  • Added script to build x86 and x64-86 binaries for Windows
  • Updated README and bundle script for consistency
