When I plot Tsne get nothing.

Describe the bug When I plot Tsne get nothing. it looks like its working (ie I see the little working lights running), but then it stops processing and no plot appears. I am using https://github.com/urmi-21/MetaOmGraph/actions/runs/1252327666 Describe the dataset used I am using four samples (also tried 300 samples w same result). I am running it by selecting samples in the sample metadata table.

I did not get a MOG error message.

3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
