Improve Copy for "Urbit Link Handling" Landscape preference

Describe the bug

Currently, the interface shown above is written in such a manner that it's hard to tell what it's enabling, or what it's actually doing for the person considering toggling it.

I'd like to propose a simple change to the wording here, to make it completely clear what's going on:

Current Copy:

Handle Urbit links:
[ ] Automatically open urbit links when using this browser.

Proposed Copy:

Enable Urbit links in this browser:
[ ] Allow Urbit-native links (such as links to groups or apps) to be clicked and navigated to within this browser. This option will need to be set for each browser you access your urbit with.
