Clicking things on the overview goes to a different page sometimes

This has been observed in cases where people own many assets, usually in combination with outgoing transfers. Clicking on one element behaves as if another element was clicked.

Reportedly, waiting long enough to click after scrolling works around the issue, suggesting that the visual renderer can't keep up with the interactive layer of the page, or something along those lines.

@Fang- do we have the names of any users who experienced this behavior?

I have. Some of our testnet accounts have large amounts of planets associated with them. (And we can easily create new such cases there.)
