Signed URLs don't work with nth file type notation for files within a group

Describe the bug

Given an example file like this from a group - https://ucarecdn.com/83a8994a-e0b4-4091-9a10-5a847298e493~4/nth/0/ Trying to sign this, is not allowed right now. Technically, I am not sure if we have a Ruby API or not as well for allowing to create this kind of URL, maybe that's a separate issue, but first is allowing these in signed urls

Expected behavior

Should allow us to sign file URLs from groups- ex: 83a8994a-e0b4-4091-9a10-5a847298e493~4/nth/0/
