`up ctx` TUI hangs in disconnected Space with empty groups

What happened?

I deployed a Disconnected Space on a kind cluster. Popped open the TUI with up ctx. It detects no groups exist, I click arrow down to switch context to kind-kind, then it hangs (can't Q, can't enter, can't SIGINT).

How can we reproduce it?

  1. Deploy a Disconnected Space following docs instructions
  2. up ctx
  3. It should hang
  4. Kill the terminal, new terminal, up group create
  5. TUI should be fully working now

What environment did it happen in?

Spaces v1.3.1, up v0.30.0
